Buying a home is probably the most expensive purchase you will ever make.  This is no time to shop for a cheap home inspection.  The cost of a home inspection is small relative to the home being inspected. As a Wenatchee Home Inspection service I am determined to perform home inspections of the utmost quality, with integrity. I'll make sure that my clients will know and understand every relevant fact about the property that they are purchasing. Manufactured Home Foundation Certifications

If you are selling or buying a manufactured home, then most likely a foundation certification will be required. For all FHA and VA loans, an engineer's foundation certification is required that states that the home is placed on a permanent foundation that complies with the "HUD Permanent Foundation Guide for Manufactured Homes", dated 1996 by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
